• If you become ill during your stay, please inform our staff.
• We pay more attention to hand hygiene than usual. You can choose from a hand-held machine, a pump bottle or a thorough hand wash. You can also get instructions for washing your hands from us.
• We make sure all places are kept clean. In particular, we pay attention to the disinfection of all contact surfaces, door handles, child seats and payment terminals with antibacterial detergents. We have intensified cleaning and disinfection in hotel rooms, restaurants and common areas.
• We recommend that only members of the same family use the same elevator at the same time. We also encourage the use of stairs - safe utility exercise!
• We try to avoid visiting your room while you are inside.
• Breakfast is divided into three table settings. We want the breakfast room to be spacious, no queues to form and everyone to have a quiet, safe breakfast moment.
