Everyone's safety is our top priority. We have designed every moment of your stay to be easy, relaxing and safe. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT

• You are warmly welcome to us in good health, please stay at home if you have symptoms of flu or stomach disease. We also encourage our staff to stay at home even if the slightest symptom occurs
• If you become ill during your stay, please inform our staff
• We recommend that only members of the same family use the same elevator at the same time. We also encourage the use of stairs - safe utility exercise!
• We try to avoid visiting your room while you are inside
• On busy mornings, breakfast is divided into table settings. We want the breakfast room to be spacious, no queues to form and everyone to have a fluent breakfast moment

We notice what kinds of things we assume about other people. For example, you cannot tell what they are like or how they feel based on their appearance. We let everyone be themselves.

Responsibility

We take responsibility for a safer space together with others. If we make a mistake, we apologize and do things differently next time. We also help others. If we notice that someone is offending another, we intervene. It's okay if we make a mistake sometimes. We ask and discuss boldly if we are not sure about something.
